How to use this form

Where the statutory right applies to your new consumer subscription, the cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day the contract was made. Any statutory extension or longer period still applies. Read your initial cancellation rights.

Copy the form into an email, or use your browser's print option and complete it on paper. Send it to the email or postal address below before the cancellation period ends. You may use any other clear statement of your decision instead. You do not need to sign in or give a reason. Do not include payment card details.

For a valid initial statutory cancellation, any deduction for services already supplied must be proportionate and meet the legal requirements for prior information and your express request to start early. Where those conditions are not met, there is no charge for services supplied during the cancellation period. We will make any refund due without undue delay and within 14 days after we are told of your decision to cancel. Existing purchases keep any more favourable refund promise already agreed. Opening, copying or printing this page does not send a request or stop renewal. A valid statutory cancellation request is sufficient to cancel the contract and its future renewals; you do not also need to use the billing controls.
